Maastricht is one of the best cities in the Netherlands. It is a versatile city where history, culture, fashion and the Burgundian conviviality come together. As Maastricht is located at the southernmost point, the city also has a somewhat international feel. Although you know you are in the Netherlands, you still get that holiday feeling, partly due to the soft accent of the people of Maastricht. Maastricht is one of the oldest cities in the Netherlands, inhabited by the Romans, and is therefore full of history. Beautiful churches, small streets and the Sint Servaas Bridge bring this history close. However Maastricht is certainly moving with the times and has modern street art and some beautiful examples of contemporary architecture.

The museum presents both permanent collections and changing exhibitions by non-mainstream artists that will undoubtedly surprise you.
The hill country
In this five-star landscape, nostalgic villages and authentic towns are hidden between green meadows and colorful orchards. Enjoy the beautiful panoramas, see the Geuldal lambs graze and relax on one of the many terraces. Would you rather explore the area on foot or by bike?
